Our World in Pictures

CHECK THE FOLLOWING POST FOR THE STORY.

2ND GRADE PICTURES (SPECIAL VISITORS)

We in 2nd grade have had some exciting visitors to our class in the last few weeks and we would like to share them with you in pictures.

First, we had a visit from my husband, Captain Kyle, from the Lexington Fire Dept. He came to talk with the class about fire safety and to share some of his equipment. He also brought gifts for the children. A fun time was had by all, even our principal, Mr. Ritchey. The children were very excited when he dressed up in Captain Kyle's full turnout gear and then walked down the hallway of the school.

Then we were visited by Officer Donovan Stewart of the Lexington Police Dept. He is the chaplain for the police dept. He also teaches Bible at Blue Grass and is the pastor at Bluegrass Baptist Church here in Lexington. Boy is his plate full!

Due to TECHNICAL DIFFICULTIES, namely ME, the pictures will be made available at a later date.
